Body Mass Index (BMI)
Body Mass Index (BMI) is an approximate measure of body composition, worked out using your weight and height.
Enter your current weight and height and find your BMI measurement, and compare it to ‘What your BMI means’..
Your waist measurement can be an important health indicator. You should keep your waist circumference to less than half your height.
